Scholarship Rules

1. Scholarship entry forms will be accepted for youth involved in a livestock project for Wyoming 4-H and FFA individuals that will be attending the Wyoming State Fair with their livestock project for the "first time."
2. Only one entry per family.
3. Wyoming 4-H and FFA members with qualifying livestock projects to attend the Wyoming State Fair may apply for their first time at the Wyoming State Fair.
4. All applicants must qualify through their local fair and be registered to show/participate at the Wyoming State Fair. Applicant must attend the Wyoming State Fair.
5. Applications must be completed in full to be considered for the scholarship. Any missing information will disqualify the applicant.
6. All applications must be completed and turned in on the Sunday before the Wyoming State Fair begins at 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Any late applications will not be considered for the scholarships.
7. Winners will be posted on Facebook and notified via Email or cell phone on Tuesday the first date of State Fair.
8. All winners must pickup their scholarships between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday during the Wyoming State Fair.
